Sales Executive

As we expand our client portfolio and prepare for national growth, we are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to represent national brands.

​

Strong communication skills will be a key asset, as we engage in various new marketing campaigns. Some will target the general public in a business-to-consumer format, others will be more corporate-focused as business-to-business initiatives, and some will involve hybrid approaches, including promotional events.

​

We provide comprehensive training on client brands and are looking for someone who can effectively absorb this crucial information and contribute ideas to optimise campaign performance.

​

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential, especially when handling basic sales administration and ensuring compliance with GDPR when managing customer data.

​

In short, we are searching for an outgoing, keen-to-learn individual who will handle our clients' brands and customers with enthusiasm and care, creating a positive brand experience.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required, as full training is provided.

Management Trainee

One of the key challenges of expansion is the need for additional leadership. In response to growing client demand, we have created a fast-track training programme designed to develop talent across various disciplines, enabling individuals to reach a senior position within 12 months.

​

The selected candidate will start by working with our marketing team, where they will gain valuable experience in customer acquisition, brand representation, and customer service. Following this, they will have the chance to work alongside our supervisory team to further develop their leadership abilities. The next phase involves collaborating with the junior management team to explore the operational side of the business.

​

This cross-training and interdepartmental development will prepare the candidate to eventually take direct responsibility for one of our expanding client portfolios. Progress will be tracked using pre-defined criteria, providing a clear path for the candidate’s growth and success.

Talent Scout

In a growing business, having a partner who can identify outstanding professional talent is crucial. We are seeking an internal recruiter and Talent Scout who embodies the following qualities:

​

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented: Essential for screening initial applications against set criteria.

  • Personable and communicative: Able to engage confidently with potential candidates via phone and email to assess initial suitability, as well as act as the front-of-house during office hours to welcome clients and candidates.

  • Organised and time-efficient: Key for managing a busy recruitment schedule.​

Given the fast-paced nature of this role, the ideal candidate will excel at adhering to a schedule and actively suggesting ways to prioritise and maximise their time effectively. Responsibilities will also include managing appointment bookings, following up through reminder systems, and ensuring the recruitment calendar operates smoothly.

1. Initial Webinar: Learn About Us

The journey starts with a one-way webinar, where we introduce you to who we are, what drives us, and the opportunities we offer. It’s an overview designed to give you a clear picture of our mission, our goals, and how you could fit into the bigger picture.

3. Open Day: Get a Closer Look

For certain opportunities, we invite candidates to spend an open day with us. It’s a chance to explore the company from within, meet the team, and get a hands-on sense of our culture and ongoing expansion efforts. This is your opportunity to experience what working with us might feel like, in a relaxed and open environment.

2. Second Stage Interview: A Deeper Dive

The second stage is a 45-60 minute conversation, either in person or via video conference. This is your chance to explore your professional background in more detail and see how it aligns with what we do. We'll walk you through our client projects, current objectives, and provide an in-depth look at the roles, responsibilities, and career growth paths available. You'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get a feel for how we operate.

4. Final Interview: Finding the Right Fit

The final stage is a brief, 15-20 minute one-on-one conversation with a senior manager, either online or in person. This meeting is about assessing how well your goals and values align with ours. If it’s a match, we’ll discuss the next steps and potential opportunities to join our team.
